Target audience: Physicians, medical residents, medical students, nurse practitioners, nursing staff, social workers, chaplaincy and clinical colleagues

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1.      To understand the opportunities & challenges to provide End-of-life care in Post-Genocide Society
2.      To share the experience for providing Palliative Care and End-of-Life at Home community level
3.      To demonstrate the integration of Palliative Care impact at the community level in Rwanda public health system
