Aradhana Thapa, MPH
is the Community Healthcare Director at Possible, a non-profit organization in Nepal. She leads the strategic vision and implementation of Possible’s Community Health Program. Prior to joining Possible, she worked with Government Health Institutions and different Non-Profits in Nepal to design and implement Public Health Programs and has assisted in training Global Health Professionals in leadership and management through the University of Washington. She completed her Masters in Public Health with a focus on Global Health Leadership, Policy and Management from the University of Washington.
Poshan Thapa, MPH
is Possible’s District Community Health Director. He completed his MPH with a specialization in epidemiology from Manipal University. He has three years of academic experience, and has worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Public Health, Pokhara University. He previously worked at Possible as the Director of Research and Evaluation, where he oversaw implementation research, impact evaluation, government reporting, and integrated community digital system.
