Global Health Grand Rounds
The Center for Global Health provides a forum for a multidisciplinary community of global health practitioners to come together to share advances and best practices in global health. MGH Global Health Grand Rounds focuses on innovations in medical care, education, and scientific discovery that are seeking to improve the health of the most vulnerable in our global community.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe the importance of cholera in shaping public health systems
- Define the epidemiologic and microbiology of the current 7th cholera pandemic and the reasons why it persists
- Name the proposed strategies to achieve the goals of the WHO 2030 road map for the elimination of cholera
